Supported workforce development initiatives, Local Hire goals, and LBE participation efforts for the Southeast Community Center, helping connect local residents and businesses with opportunities generated through the project.

We provide ambassador outreach and community engagement services that connect residents, businesses, and stakeholders with public projects and programs. JBR supports outreach campaigns, public meetings, workshops, special events, and educational initiatives through direct engagement, information sharing, and community surveys.

Supported the Hunters Point Power Plant Closure by identifying local stakeholders, collaborating with the client to establish a Project Advisory Committee, and facilitating community meetings, open houses, and workshops. JBR helped foster transparent communication and public engagement throughout the project, including discussions related to air quality management.

Supported Micro-LBE contractors through meeting facilitation, stakeholder engagement, attendee tracking, and outreach campaigns reaching more than 2,000 LBEs, general contractors, construction management firms, City staff, and labor unions.

Partnered with the Community Advisory Committee to promote monthly meetings and encourage public participation. Conducted door-to-door outreach to keep residents, businesses, and community stakeholders informed of project updates and engagement opportunities.

Facilitated leadership development workshops for SFPUC staff, promoting collaboration and best practices across multiple departments. Provided partnering and meeting facilitation services for high-impact capital improvement projects ranging from $5 million to $500 million.

Collect public feedback and provide stakeholder outreach services at special events. Conducted door-to-door outreach to promote and engage the public, including languages consisting of Chinese, Spanish Filipino, Russian, and/or Vietnamese.
