Supported community workforce initiatives and local business participation for one of San Francisco’s premier workforce and educational facilities.

Promoted agency projects, community meetings, workshops, events and programs. We distributed over 100,000 outreach collateral and conducted over 5,000 surveys on behalf of SFMTA.

Identified local stakeholder contacts. Worked with client to develop a Project Advisory Committee to oversee project develoopments including air quality management. Facilitated community meetings, open houses, and workshops.

Meeting facilitation and tracked responses and attendees. Provided marketing and outreach services to over 2,000 LBEs, general contractors, construction management firms, internal City staff, and unions. 

Worked with Community Advisory Committee to advertise monthly meetings and encourage public participation. Provided door-to-door outreach services to inform local residents, businesses, and stakeholders of project updates.

Facilitated workshops for SFPW staff focusing on developing leadership skills and implementing best practices across the agency’s departments. Provided meeting facilitation on various high impact construction projects ranging from $5-$500M.

Collect public feedback and provide stakeholder outreach services at special events. Conducted door-to-door outreach to promote and engage the public, including languages consisting of Chinese, Spanish Filipino, Russian, and/or Vietnamese.
